Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information bloomingtonlaundry.com collects, how we use it, and your choices. The website is operated by Courtesy Cleaning, 2507 E Oakland Ave, Bloomington, IL 61701.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, we collect your business name, industry, estimated weekly volume, contact name and email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, notes and any estimate you created with our price calculator. We use this information only to prepare your quote and contact you about it. Your request is sent to our team by email, and we keep a record of your email address and the time of your request to prevent spam and abuse.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are visited, how visitors found us, the type of device and browser, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies. We also record when a visitor submits a quote request or taps a phone number or email link, without sending your name, email, phone number or notes to Google.

We use Contentsquare to see how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, including recordings of visits. Contentsquare masks what you type into form fields, as well as email addresses and payment card numbers, so this information is not visible in recordings.

Our pages also load Google Maps, to show our location, and Google Fonts. This means Google may receive your IP address when you visit.

Service providers

We rely on service providers to run the website and deliver quote requests, including our website platform, hosting and backend providers, our email provider, Google and Contentsquare. They process information on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Our website is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
